Connect your keyboard with your device with the wire, and open the software, then the time will be fixed to correct automatically.

Where is the mac software?

I am sorry that this keyboard is compatible with Mac, but its software is not. You can set and save the keyboard settings on Windows; When the keyboard is connected to the Mac system, the saved settings will still take effect.
